Primary School Construction
General Objectives
To improve access and quality of education in project area through constructing primary school
Project Duration
Maximum of six months
Target Location
Afar, Oromia and Dire Dawa, Ethiopia (to be prioritized based on number
of project)
Beneficiaries
200 students (50 students/class)every year per one primary
school.
Major Activities
- Activities includes all construction work but furnishing
- Total area of a classroom is 7×8=54m2 as set out by Ethiopian Gov’t standards
Total area of one block 54×4 = 224m2 (includes for standard
classrooms)
Total Budget
$ 38,000 is required for one building
